This website is an extension of the Signing Time series. It´s not clear if this series is a video or book series. There are descriptions of the episodes, but no way to view the actual episodes. The site has a few areas that are `coming soon,´ perhaps there will be more clarity about the main part of the program coming soon, too. There are some useful components of the site for learning ASL. There are also some that are simply filler. The songs are not accompanied with signs. The printables and lesson plans offer good resources.

Signing Time is designed to encourage children to communicate by using American Sign Language (ASL) and has proven to be an amazingly valuable communication tool, not only for the deaf and hard of hearing population, but for all children of various ages and abilities. Signing Time engages children through captivating songs accompanied by playful lyrics and fun, entertaining methods for learning ASL vocabulary."

Possible uses:

Signing Time offers resources for students learning ASL. Classes can use some of the games on the site and the printable pages to reinforce their learning. Teachers can find lesson plans and ideas for teaching sign language.
