The file size is large and may take time to download on slower connections. The singing portion of each nursery rhyme is done by a group of children. The voice reading the rhymes is not incredibly animated. The poster printable is an A4 size, which may be a British paper size.

Description:

This site shares a collection of eighteen favorite nursery rhymes for children to listen to, read, sing and explore interactively. "Each rhyme also comes with a six-page Smart Notebook with characters, scenes, sequencing activities and activity suggestions; an A4 printable poster of each illustrated rhyme; a set of printable cards for sequencing activities."

Possible uses:

These nursery rhymes can be used on a projector or whiteboard with an entire class. Hear the rhyme read or sung and do a sequencing activity together. This site can be set up during station time for students to explore and learn from. ESL students can use the read aloud part to practice speaking and reading the text.
