The font size and graphics are appropriate and different for each level. The list of activities is broken down into specific skills. Teachers can target a very specific skill with these activities. Some of the links take you to other websites. A few of these links are no longer working. The menu across the top of the page connects to individual schools except for "Stewart" which returns to the homepage.

Online Workshops provides online activities and units in reading, writing and math. From the website: "The online reading, writing and math workshops are designed to provide practice in essential skills in these curriculum areas and to act as a resource for parents and teachers. They also contain interactive tutorials and downloadable materials and worksheets which may be used as practice."

Possible uses:

Use the activities on this site to complement curriculum. Find individual exercises to use when teaching a specific skill. Students can work on an activity independently and this site can be recommended to parents to use at home. Teachers can also find several integrated units and additional online resources.
