Recommendation:

This is an interesting idea and could really capture certain students´ interest and talents. Some students may not take it seriously and undermine the project. Choosing the students who want to participate or somehow monitoring the entries students make could help alleviate that problem.

Description:

The Neverending Tale provides adventure stories for readers to interact with. From the website: "It is a choose-your-own-path adventure story- like you might read in a book. But you can add to the tale wherever you like. Whatever you add will become part of the tale, anything you can think of."

Possible uses:

Students needing enrichment in reading, writing and creativity work can use this site to join in a story telling experience. Students who have difficulty starting creative writing can use this as a tool to spark their creativity and work with others to write interesting stories. These stories can also be used to read aloud together and discuss choices.
