These simple games are engaging and will sustain student interest. They are challenging and fun at the same time. Not every topic at every age level is covered, but there are many possibilities for any math teacher to utilize.

Description:

Mathematical Interactives is a group of games in various math content areas. These short, interactive games with simple graphics each focus on one skill. The games can be linked to directly for students to find easily. The skill level and content vary by activity. The color quiz is a basic addition game that kindergartners would enjoy and the algebra games are more applicable for middle and high school students. Directions are provided for most activities.

Possible uses:

Teachers can direct students to particular activities to `play´ in order to practice math skills. Students can also use this site at home for extra practice or for a challenge.
