This site covers many grammar topics and the exercises can be done at an easy, intermediate or difficult level. The exercises are interactive in a matching or fill in the blank format. After completing the exercises students can check their answers but the teacher can not track student progress. Text exercises can be done with or without word lists.

Description:

English 4 U is geared towards ESL students in their first years of study. Included are explanations on how to use English grammar and subsequent exercises. Information and exercises about countries and cities, crosswords, irregular verb exercises, texts and quizzes make up the remainder of the site.

Possible uses:

Students can use this site independently to practice and learn. Teachers can choose specific exercises to use with the whole class or specific students. The explanations can be shared with a projector during instruction. Subscribe to the newsletter to keep posted about updates to the site.
