While this site is primarily a text site, it shares documents important to an American History course. Access to this text for students at school and home is valuable. The site is well organized and offers interesting information beyond the text of the documents.

Description:

Read and learn about the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, the Founding Fathers and the Supreme Court. Read copies of the documents, interesting facts and learn about the people involved. In the `Fun Zone´ take an online quiz about the Constitution, read famous quotes, go on treasure hunts, do word finds and learn more about the Constitution and Democracy. The text of the Constitution is offered in four languages.

Possible uses:

Teachers can use this site as a resource and have students refer to it at home, when needed. After studying the Constitution, students can take the online quiz to see how much they have learned. Other activities can be incorporated into an Early American Government study. Students can use the site for research purposes.
