This website includes a virtual tour and a short movie of the e field trips. These clips are informative and provide a good description of the programs offered. Technically these are not e field trips in the sense that they do not take viewers to a location. It offers online units with online activities, games and offline lessons and homework. The Grossology LIVE videoconferencing program is unique and allows a class to have guest speakers that will engage, entertain and educate them. CHEC does a test run prior to the actual presentation time to make sure that the connection works. This is a nice feature so classes aren´t waiting for a connection and then disappointed if it doesn´t work.

Children´s Health Education Center is helping teachers meet health education standards in a fun, interactive way. Field trips to the Center are high energy and interactive and now eLearning experiences are available. From the website: "The CHEC experience is now available as an Internet-based, eLearning program, taking health and science education to a whole new level! Engaging activities, multimedia presentations of important learning concepts, fun and challenging games; they´re all a part of our vision to reach out to teachers across the nation to help them deliver high-energy health education to every child."

For those living near the Center, this site provides information for field trips, outreach and resources for teachers and parents. For those not in Wisconsin, the site shares eLearning experiences that include a Grossology videoconferencing program. Classes can participate from school and interact with the presenters.
