The information here is presented in a respectful, kid-to-kid format that feels like story sharing with an underlying message. The video topics are varied and have been used in schools and for corporate presentations around the country. This is a valuable resource for teachers to share with parents and for teachers to be aware of in the widening role teachers have as parent educators and support for families in areas beyond academics.

Description:

From the website: "Family Health Productions helps young people, their peers and families, learn to talk about the challenges kids face growing up. "Exciting as it is to grow up, sometimes it's overwhelming. At About Health, kids talk to kids. They tell how they've handled things like underage drinking, bullying, body image and sexual health. "Parents, educators and other professionals can order products and services that help them talk with kids about making smart choices. They can read columns here to get kids' perspectives."
