While this site requires a membership, the demo activities are high quality. The graphics are simple yet appealing; the content used involves depth well beyond game skills. Description:

Toon University cleverly creates games and activities connected to educational content. This site offers several free demos to provide examples of the membership content. Games, interactive online books, educational cartoons and brain teasers all contain an original cast of cartoons. Activities and books on this site have the ability to 'toggle' between Spanish and English.

Possible uses:

Children can independently practice their skills with the activities and games. Students learning to read can see, hear and point with the mouse to words in the online books. Teachers will find activities here across the curriculum and age groups. With membership, teachers can keep track of students progress, 'assign' games and activities for students to do, create their own quizzes and brainteasers, and print worksheets created or connected to existing games. There is a Teacher store for materials at a discount.
