Kids Web Japan is a component of the site Web Japan. Kids Web Japan provides a broad look at many aspects of Japanese culture including popular activities for elementary students, recipes, tours of castles, geography, language, inventions and folk legends. From the website: "Kids Web Japan is a site that introduces Japan to schoolchildren aged between 10 and 14 who live in other countries. We would be delighted if this site was used as a supplementary source of information for school lessons on Japan or by families to learn about Japan together. "Kids Web Japan is sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and operated by a Japanese non governmental organization."
