Congress for Kids
Recommendation:
This is a site full of information and well designed to interest students. While the site is reading heavy, teachers can break up the components over several class periods or utilize only what's relevant to their curriculum. Some of the 'Show What You Know' activities are simply crosswords or word finds. Choosing which activities students engage with will focus their time on the learning centered activities.
